At uggushub.com, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under our 60-day return policy.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 60 days of delivery. Products should be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions via email.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method in USD.

Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable are excluded from refunds. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may also be ineligible.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund to ensure the best availability.
