Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee final acceptance until we verify payment and inventory.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–12 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. Tracking information is provided via email.

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery. Returns are free, and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
